On March 23, 2024, PROZON Foundation for Climate Protection was honored to lead for you a tour of the exhibition “ It’s been cold before,” which depicts life in a city affected by heat.
Together we learned about the history of meteorological measurements and observed how the annual temperature reading changes.
We also discussed how the heat was dealt with in the past and what options we have today to be able to cool down.
The most impressive thing about the visitors was the wall of now defunct air conditioners, which have worked for many years cooling rooms in hot weather. Participants of the meeting were curious about what such a unit is composed of and what makes it give cooling.
We are glad that we were able to answer these and other questions and introduce you to the key principles of the RE-ELECTRO Project and the mission of the PROZON Foundation for Climate Protection.
